The newly topped-out manufacturing plant of SuperSiC Malaysia, invested and constructed by Zhejiang Jingrui Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC"), is the company's first overseas large-scale production base. The factory, covering a total area of 40,000 square meters, will be built in strict accordance with automation, intelligence, and green standards, and is committed to becoming a globally leading smart production base for compound semiconductor materials.
Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC has long been dedicated to the research, development, and industrialization of large-sized, high-quality compound semiconductor substrates. In 2025, it successfully launched the industry's first 12-inch compound semiconductor material processing pilot line and commenced full-scale production of an 8-inch silicon carbide substrate project with an annual output of 600,000 wafers, further promoting the expansion, upgrading, and efficiency improvement of the group's full-chain production capacity system for large-sized substrates. Upon completion of the first phase of the Malaysia factory project, the focus will be on enhancing the large-scale supply capacity of 8-inch silicon carbide substrates, with an expected annual production capacity of 240,000 wafers, thus providing more stable and high-quality material support for global customers.
Looking ahead, Jingsheng Electromechanical will continue to adhere to the development strategy of "advanced materials, advanced equipment", fully leverage the local resource advantages of its Malaysian factory, and combine its independently developed core technologies to establish it as an important strategic fulcrum serving the global market. Through close collaboration with domestic production capacity and R&D systems, the company will build a more complete and forward-looking industrial layout in the field of third-generation semiconductor materials, continuously injecting momentum into technological innovation and sustainable industrial development of global compound semiconductor materials.
