Starting from the production of the first crystal in March 2025, to the official announcement in May 2026, over a year and a half of time, with the strong technical reserves, we successively overcame the core difficulties in the growth of large-sized crystals. The achievement of this result is attributed to the company's insistence on independent research and development of core equipment and continuous innovation in process technology. According to the information, Zhongtian Jikeshi (Ningbo) Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhongdian Compound Semiconductor Co., Ltd.) is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and production of wide bandgap semiconductor materials. It was established in November 2019 with a registered capital of 534.23 million yuan. The company mainly focuses on the research, production and sales of large-sized, high-performance silicon carbide and gallium nitride epitaxial materials. It has built a modern production workshop in Qianwan New District of Ningbo, which includes silicon carbide crystals, silicon carbide substrates, silicon carbide epitaxial layers and gallium nitride epitaxial layers. In 2021, it passed the automotive-grade IATF16949 system certification. It has supplied silicon carbide and gallium nitride materials to the domestic and international markets, and its products can be widely applied in numerous fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, energy storage, flexible power grids, AR, 5G base stations, etc.
