As a key engineering project in Shanxi Province in 2025, Guorun Energy Storage Project has landed in Fenfei Advanced Low Carbon Manufacturing Industrial Park, Xiaohe Emerging Industrial Park. The construction content covers facilities such as intelligent production lines for fuel cells and research and innovation bases.

Shanxi Guorun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., as a specialized, innovative, and national high-tech enterprise in the manufacturing of all vanadium flow battery equipment and core separator materials in China, has a complete set of core technologies in the manufacturing of all vanadium flow battery stacks, ion membrane production, and control systems that are internationally leading. It has applied for more than 200 domestic and foreign patents and obtained more than 60 authorizations, and its technical strength is at the forefront of the industry.

In the factory building with an area of nearly 12000 square meters, the ground is flat and the ventilation and fire pipes are arranged in an orderly manner. Since the start of the site decoration construction in April, the area segmentation, testing of the R&D workshop ceiling and other projects have been basically completed, and the production workshop equipment has gradually entered the site. According to the on-site manager of Guorun Energy Storage Project, compared to lithium battery energy storage, all vanadium flow battery energy storage has significant advantages in "long-term" and "large-scale", especially in terms of safety, and has a wider range of application scenarios. According to the plan, the project will construct three all vanadium flow battery cell stack production lines, with a planned trial production by the end of June. After reaching production capacity, a capacity of 300MW energy storage equipment will be formed.

According to the agreement, the three parties will engage in in-depth cooperation on the development and construction, technological innovation, and industrial collaboration of wind power, photovoltaic, and new energy storage projects.
